Job Summary

Help wanted starting May 2, 2022 through summer, with priority given to candidates who can continue working through fall '22 and spring '23, and longer.
The interview process begins April 4 for candidates. There are multiple openings.

  • Work includes, but is not limited to formatting MS Word Documents, and MS PowerPoint presentations, including images and alt text.
  • Other duties as assigned, including editing course details and proofreading in Brightspace.
  • Must be a go-getter who will come in, grab the work orders that are ready, and begin each day’s work on their own, with little extra guidance or interaction with others.
  • Employees should have the ability to work independently, check existing materials for format consistency, have attention to detail, and work well with virtual team members on large projects.
  • Work is done via your personal computer or via a campus lab of your choice, remotely.
  • Accessibility formatting training will be provided, as needed.
  • HOURS: 10-15 hours per week, around your class schedule, only on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.
  • NOTE: Please include a cover letter with resume' when applying. In your cover letter, please state your major AND your strengths in engineering/STEM fields. (Note, non-STEM majors will also be hired, but we do have an engineering-specific need, too.)

The interview process will include the functional process of demonstrating competency.
