What You'll be Doing:
As a member of the Evening Custodian Carpet Crew, you will work under limited or indirect supervision, clean carpets and upholstered furniture using a variety of methods and specialty equipment.
- Provide backup custodial coverage for vacant work areas
- Lock and unlock assigned areas, respond to customer needs and requests
- Assist with snow removal
- May be required to work some overtime and vary scheduled work hours
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30pm (4 x 10-hour shifts per week)
Starting Pay: $16.00 plus $0.70 shift differential for a total of $16.70

What We're Looking For:
- Six months of custodial experience
- 24 months of total work experience
- A valid US or Canadian Driver's License
- Must complete onboarding training, or be enrolled in program within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English to effectively communicate and understand others
- Basic math skills and good work organization
- Ability to learn and use powered and non-powered floor care equipment
- Must be able to work well with others and work in a team environment
- Learn and follow safety procedures; includes the wearing personal protective equipment as required
- Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally required
- Work outdoors 10% of the time in temperatures below 32 degrees and above 90 degrees
