What You'll Be Doing:
- Meet individually and in groups with prospective students, admitted students, and their families.
- Meetings are both in person as well as virtual.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective students, admitted students, and their families.
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics execution and evaluation of engineering information sessions and admissions programs, including creating events in the CRM and coordinating with faculty, staff, students, and engineering departments.
- Manage, train, and supervise Peer Counselors to answer inquiries, meet with families, and lead or support recruitment programs and events.
- Travel to targeted high schools and college fairs to promote CoE programs.
- Design and deliver presentations to large and small audiences regarding the CoE programs and opportunities.

What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four (4) years experience in any of the following or related areas: college recruitment, marketing/communications, teaching, advising, mentoring, or customer relations
- Equivalencies will be considered
- Preference given to those who have worked with diverse student populations in high schools or universities
Skills needed:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, relationship building skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills, and ability to work as a team.
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences and develop strong relationships a must.
- Must take initiative, and possess ability to work under pressure.
- Some evening and weekend work is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM a plus.
